Introduction to ELECTROFLOWTM

ELECTROFLOWÔ is a culmination of years of technological assessment and field testing, utilizing university level design and modeling to insure proper performance of each system. ELECTROFLOWÔ is designed and engineered to achieve energy savings of up to 34% and payback of less than two years. ELECTROFLOWÔ enhances power quality, resulting in increased longevity of equipment and machinery and reduced downtime and maintenance. ELECTROFLOWÔ is an energy saving and power conditioning system.  It is an integrated system equipped with a microprocessor based Regulator, which monitors V, I, P.F., and Hr. at the rate of 3840-15360 samples per second.  It consists of multi-stage LRC circuits which are activated, according to the preset designed parameters, and the Ladder Logic Principle.  It can be designed for three-phase applications at Low, Medium, and High Voltages ranging from 208V to 345 KV, as well as various international line frequencies.  It is equipped with a unique alarm-driven Self Diagnostic Feature (SDF), which identifies status of each stage.

1.  HOW LARGE IS YOUR MARKET?

 

 

ENERGY costs have risen drastically and are projected to increase astronomically.  In order for commercial users to reduce their electrical utility expenses, they must locate and apply effective technologies and conservation methods.  ELECTROFLOWTM system contains such a technology!  The potential number of customers for this system is extensive.  Any industrial, commercial and/or institutional facilities with an electric utility bill greater than US$3,000.00 per month are potential candidates.

 

 

 

 

2.  YOUR INCOME POTENTIAL

 

 

Upon your submission of the required data and pertinent information of your potential client, to ETI.  ETI will provide you with a system cost ("ETI Project Cost"), in addition to all technical resultants from analysis of the data; called the "Summary Form".  You may then markup the selling price to retail. 

 

Currently the price of an ELECTROFLOWTM system ranges form $3000 to $50,000.  A large facility may require more than one ELECTROFLOWTM system.  Our experience indicates that our Consultants' customers installed an average of 3 3/4 ELECTROFLOWTM systems per facility. 

    

Naturally, the more number of audits a Consultant performs per week, the greater likelihood of selling ELECTROFLOWTM .  ETI is proud to report that 93.4% of the audits we have performed have resulted in sales; over 93%!

 

With proper training and a consistent marketing approach, performing four audits per day is very practical.  The sales closing ratio depends greatly on Consultant's product knowledge and ability to effectively satisfy every customer's questions and concerns. 

 

 

3.     MARKETING PROGRAM

 

   As an exclusive consultant under this program, you will market and sell ELECTROFLOWTM to industrial, commercial and institutional facilities in your territory.  ETI will share with you our effective and field tested marketing approach.  ETI will assist you to organize a marketing and sales program that is customized for your territory.

1 - OUR APPROACH

 

We believe it is impossible to determine if an ELECTROFLOWTM system will improve power quality and reduce a facility's demand and power consumption, without first knowing the characteristics of the facility's electrical distribution.  Because of this, we extend to prospective customers a FREE, with no obligation, energy audit processing and analysis.  The potential customer has nothing to lose, and a great deal to gain.  As a result, savings of up to 34% and payback of less than two years can be guaranteed!  Rarely has this service been refused by customers.

 

 

2 - FREE AUDIT

 

Your staff will be trained to gather the required data, as required by our engineers, in order to evaluate your potential customer's design criteria.

 

You need to collect voltage, amps, power factor, harmonics readings, etc.  With this data and the customer's last 12-month electric bills, our staff will process your audit at NO COST to you or your customer!

 

 

3 - THE PROPOSAL

 

ETI will return to you the processed report, in the form of Summary Form, with the specific information you need to transcribe into your proposal.  You may choose to fashion a personalized proposal to present to your customer, from the examples we will provide.  We will also provide in-depth instruction in technical and marketing/sales procedures in the orientation program, as well as any other support available at ETI that you may need.

 

 

 

 

THE  PROGRAM

 

 

Electenergy Technologies, Inc.(ETI), is offering the Marketing Program through Consultant Opportunity Program (COP) which has generated unprecedented interest in this industry, both nationally as well as internationally.  Our COP program provides you with an opportunity to become an exclusive consultant, with a tremendous income potential.

 

As an exclusive consultant under this plan, you will offer our products and services to industrial, commercial and institutional facilities in your territory.  These systems have the proven ability to save up to 34% on utility bills.  You may sell or lease the systems, to your clients with any markup you wish.

 

We have developed a unique approach to power quality and energy savings through the design and marketing of our ELECTROFLOWTM system.  Our marketing approach and the ELECTROFLOWTM technology have proven effective and successful in every market!

INSTALLATION

 

After an ELECTROFLOWTM system is purchased, designed and built, the system will be ready for installation.  Installation is another opportunity for you to realize additional revenues.  However, you may choose to subcontract for this service, or your customer may elect to have their in-house staff install the system(s).  The average installation period for the ELECTROFLOWTM system is about one day, and in most cases no shut-down is required.


 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE

 

Once you have decided to participate in our program, and become our exclusive consultant, you are expected to fill out and submit the application to ETI for consideration.  Following approval of your application by ETI , and dependent upon your desired territory, an agreement will be issued.  Once your appointment is confirmed, your only investment obligation to ETI for the neccessary material, instructions and training will be $3,000 to $5,500 depending on relative costs.

We will provide you with the orientation in sales/marketing, and installation procedures.  ETI will arrange for the design and assembly of all ELECTROFLOWTM systems, so you can concentrate your efforts on introducing this proven technology to the customers in your territory.
